General Terms & Conditions:

Booking
The full amount is payable at the time of booking a course (via bookwhen.com) to confirm a place.
Booking forms must be completed by mums-to-be/parents/carers attending any Buttons & Me course. By booking a course, you hereby agree to our Terms & Conditions.
It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform the instructor of any changes to the consent form on a weekly basis.

During class
Please be mindful of others in the class, please arrive on time and notify me if you may be late or cannot attend.
Please have mobile phones on silent/vibrate and limit phone use and phone calls during class.
Please be aware that any information shared by members of the class should be treated as confidential and not shared beyond the group.
Photographs

You are welcome to take photographs of your baby during classes. You may only take photographs of yourself and your own child. If another family raises concerns that they or their baby have been photographed without their consent, you will be asked to delete the image.

On booking, we gain your consent to use photographs and videos taken of you and your child on social media, website, and for advertising purpose. If you have declined consent, this will always be respected.

If you take any photographs of your child and you are happy to have them shared to our social media and website, please send them via email Buttonsandmeclasses@gmail.com or Alternatively, please share via social media.

We may ask to take photographs during class; this will be to use on social media, our website and any promotional work we create. Your baby will never be shown naked in the photo.

Refunds & class cancellations
In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel a class we will give you as much warning as possible via email or text message. Where possible we will endeavour to reschedule the class, or offer you a full refund.
If a class or one-off workshop needs to be rescheduled for 'Acts of God' i.e. snow or covid and the attendee is unable to attend the alternative date, no refund will be provided. If it is not possible to reschedule the session, a refund will be provided.

Refunds are at Buttons & Me discretion. No refunds are issued for missed classes.

If you are unable to attend your full booked course, I require at least ONE weeks notice. Refunds are given at my discretion.

Other
Your contact information and family details will not be shared with any third parties. We reserve the right to update fees and terms and conditions in the future.

Buttons & Me and class venue owners cannot accept liability for items lost or stolen whilst on the premises. Please leave valuables at home.
Lost property will be kept for 14 days before being disposed of if no one has claimed it.

Some classes require a Health Questionnaire to be completed prior to attending. if this is sent to you, it must be completed ahead of your first session taking place. There may be times when it might be unsafe for you to partake in a class in line with the booking health questionnaire, and full explanation will be given.
As classes take place on the floor, please wear comfortable clothing for this class.
Party Hire Terms & Conditions
1. While every effort is made to accommodate add on's there may be times when other suppliers are not available on your chosen date.
2. I agree to pay 50% of total cost within 48 hours of booking being confirmed to secure date. Remaining balance is due 1 week before event.
3. You ensure the play equipment and children are supervised at all times. Prior to party commencing you will be informed where the first aid kid, fire safety equipment and emergency exit is. Buttons & Me does not accept liability for any damage, accidents or injuries incurred.
4. All equipment is fully cleaned prior to party - if they toys are significantly dirty afterwards, this will incur an additional charge at Buttons & Me discretion.
5. Accidents happen, please anything is damaged during your party please report this to Buttons & Me at the earliest opportunity. Damage may incur an additional charge at our discretion.
6. Soft Play equipment is suitable for children aged 5 years and below and should not be used by older children.
7. Shoes should be removed and socks worn at all times while at Buttons & Me.
8. No glitter or face paint near the soft play.
9. No food or drink near the soft play.
10. No sharp objects near the soft play.
11. Tea & Coffee facilities are provided but are used at your own discretion with consideration to children playing near hot liquids.
12. You agree to arrive 15 minutes prior to your guests if party is not facilitated in order to be shown where fire and first aid equipment is kept.
