They will enjoy all the scents, sounds, and sights of a spa as well as fluffy robes and slippers you would expect from a spa experience. 

The pamper session leads to a relaxing facial and foot massage before relaxing under our starry night sensory parachute. 

Finish the class with a mini afternoon tea and relax with baby.

A fun themed baby development class.

A five-week block continuing to use baby massage techniques alongside some of my favourite children's stories, songs and rhymes. 

Introducing baby yoga, tummy time and some fun into baby massage!

Fun class with lots of themed songs, actions, instruments,  bubbles sensory parachutes and stories!

You and baby can relax in a calm, cosy, safe environment together and meet other new parents who are all going through the same highs & lows of parenthood while enjoying a cuppa.

Small group pre and post natal fitness session led by brilliant Kat Armstrong!

Regain strength to help feel great, boost confidence and move well pre and post baby.

Babies and toddlers are welcome in a safe space with toy baskets provided. 

The fantastic Kelsey is a vastly experienced yoga teacher specialising in all things pre and post natal. 

​

Providing sessions for pregnant mums, a great way to stay consistent with movement during pregnancy and prepare your mind and body for giving birth. 

​

And, once baby is here join Kelsey for postnatal yoga to feel good, look after yourself and bond with baby in great company!
