Our Story
Buttons & Me started its first baby massage class on my kitchen floor in 2020. Five years on we have our own dedicated venue in the heart of Castle Douglas. We run a variety of baby, children and parent classes throughout the week. Special and seasonal events. As well as being an exclusive party venue for your little peoples special days.

Baby Spa
Bring baby for their very own spa experience!
They will enjoy all the scents, sounds, and sights of a spa as well as fluffy robes and slippers you would expect from a spa experience.
The pamper session leads to a relaxing facial and foot massage before relaxing under our starry night sensory parachute.
Finish the class with a mini afternoon tea and relax with baby.
Suitable from 6 weeks to crawlers.
Yoga with Kelsey
The fantastic Kelsey is a vastly experienced yoga teacher specialising in all things pre and post natal.
Providing sessions for pregnant mums, a great way to stay consistent with movement during pregnancy and prepare your mind and body for giving birth.
And, once baby is here join Kelsey for postnatal yoga to feel good, look after yourself and bond with baby in great company!

Diploma in Mother & Baby Wellness including Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Parent Support & Learn, Stretch and Play Instructor. BSc (Hons) Psychology.
Running nut, wine lover and baking enthusiast!
